Free Estimates: Tactical Moves provides free estimates for most jobs. It is usually an advantage for us to see the job so we can anticipate any problems and provide an accurate and competitive quotation. We also understand that lead times are not as long as would be ideal. With this in mind, we are geared towards extremely quick reponses.

Pack & Move: The majority of the jobs we do (mainly through recommendation) are pack and move. This is where the clients are selling their current property and moving to the new one on their day of completion. For this service it is highly recommended that we visit your property to carry out a full survey. The purpose of this is to calculate the volume of space required on the vehicle, the packing materials required and the amount of time needed to carry out the move. After we have introduced ourselves and spent 15 to 20 minutes at your property we can get a quote to you (via email) within 24 hours. If you like our quote we can then book the job in or await news regarding your completion date. A survey will also aid in the smooth running of the move (parking, access, specialist handling/packing requirements).

Smaller Moves: We are aware of the need for small scale removals and a large proportion of our jobs are between 1.5 to 4 hours. For this service we charge an hourly rate. We also have regular contract clients such as furniture and appliance shops who use Tactical Moves as a collection and delivery service. This service can be used for single item collection / delivery as well as furniture disposal / clearance.

Packing: We offer a full export standard packing service should this be required. We can also provide you with packing materials should you decide to pack yourself. We also offer delivery of packing materials as a separate service.
